Baltimore, MD – January 22, 2026 – ETCH, Inc. (ETCH), a groundbreaking technology company that transforms natural gas into clean hydrogen and solid carbon, announced today that it has named Pankaj Chadha Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Chadha will report to Katie Ellet, CEO, ETCH.

Mr. Chadha joins ETCH as a seasoned operations and business leader with over 35 years of experience driving transformation in plant operations, environmental health and safety, sustainability initiatives, and strategic business development. He has a proven track record of delivering measurable results across diverse industrial sectors including chemicals, manufacturing, and emerging clean energy technologies.

Most recently Mr. Chadha served as Senior Director, Market Strategy & Sustainability at Monolith since 2022. There he built the decarbonization assessment function and developed comprehensive market strategies for decarbonized hydrogen, ammonia and carbon black products. Previously he served as a consultant for Monolith on hydrogen and carbon black strategies. Before that Mr. Chadha was with SI Group from 2011 to 2019, most recently as Senior Director, Operations & EHS Asia Pacific, SI Group. Mr. Chadha was Managing Director, EMEA, at Seale and Associates from 2009- 2011. He was a Managing Director at Nitrex from 2004-2008 and Chief Executive, Industrial Chemicals at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI India) from 1983 to 2004.
Mr. Chadha received a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology. He completed Advanced Management Programs at Leeds University, UK and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, as well as additional specialized training in finance and strategic leadership.
